The main function of the greenhouse fan wet curtain system is to cool and humidify, absorb heat through water evaporation, lower the temperature inside the greenhouse, and provide a suitable growth environment. When air flows over a moist curtain surface, the moisture on the curtain evaporates, which requires absorbing heat from the air to lower its temperature.
It mainly consists of the following parts:
1. Wet curtain: usually made of paper porous materials, with a honeycomb structure, it has the advantages of high water absorption, high water resistance, mold resistance, and long service life. High quality wet curtains are made of new generation polymer materials and spatial cross-linking technology, with a high evaporation ratio to the surface and a cooling efficiency of usually over 80%.
2. Water pump system: responsible for evenly spraying water onto the wet curtain to ensure that it remains moist at all times.
3. Fan: By forcibly extracting air, the hot air inside the greenhouse is drawn out, creating negative pressure and introducing cold air.
4. Control system: used to control the operation of water pumps and fans, ensuring the stable operation of the system.
Installation location and maintenance method:
The wet curtain is usually installed on the north side of the greenhouse, while the fan is installed on the south side of the greenhouse. In order to ensure the best performance of the system, it is necessary to regularly check and maintain the operation status of the wet curtain and fan, maintain the normal operation of the water pump system, and regularly clean and maintain the wet curtain to prevent blockage and mold growth.
